Shipping and Returns

All original works will be shipped the next working day from my studio and should arrive within 7 working days for UK orders and within 10 days for international orders. All print orders will be printed on the same day and dispatched within seven working days of your order. All UK orders are sent via tracked Royal Mail and I will email with the tracking so you can see its progress.

For orders outside of the UK please be aware that you may have to pay local duty and taxes for orders from my site to your country.

I package the works with the utmost care but if they do not arrive in perfect condition please email me at info@lucycostelloe.com with a photo of the package and the print and I will send another out to you if it’s been damaged in transit.
